If you know me even the slightest bit, you have probably guessed that talking about myself is perhaps one of the last things I like to do… seriously. Purposefully putting the spotlight on me is something that I just simply am not comfortable doing. That being said, some of you don’t know me beyond the advertisement you may have seen that led you to joining The Mobile PT League, and now I am asking you to give me money for my KNAHLEDGE – as I like to say. Despite the unfamiliarity, I should tell you a little bit about why money for my KNAHLEDGE is a fantawesome deal for you!
I started my mobile physical therapy practice in May, 2013 after spending 19 years in the outpatient clinical setting; six of which I was a director of a fairly large clinic. That is over 24 years of experience! And I am not talking only about the experience of how to help clients get better. I speak of the experience I have of what works with attracting clients; what works with getting clients to see the VALUE (you) offer; and, perhaps most importantly, what it takes to develop RELATIONSHIPS so that your business can and will THRIVE!
In February 2018 I took an idea – that of starting a community for therapists who are involved in, or who are interested in, mobile therapy – and have grown it to 950 members in only nine months. The Mobile PT League is a very active, engaging, positive, and supportive group. How did all this happen? By making sure that KNAHLEDGE is provided to the group – if not by me, then by others who have great content to share.
August 1, 2018, I dropped the first episode of “The Mobile PT Podcast”, which I co-host. It has already been downloaded literally all over the world. The podcast brings business KNAHLEDGE to the listeners – knahledge that will help them to grow regardless of their setting OR industry.
In May of 2017 I introduced the CO-BAR exercise fitness bars to the public. They have been sold across the country. There are currently three college tennis teams using them as part of their training program; most notable is Wake Forest University, the 2018 NCAA Div-I National Champions. To date, I also have a top 50 ranked ATP Men’s professional tennis player using the product.
In addition to seeing 25-35 visits per week with my mobile practice (I also have two 1099 employees), I also mentor and coach young and aspiring physical therapists from around the country; and seasoned veterans who are facing burnout from the daily grind. Helping others to problem solve and to see a path towards their own innate awesomeness is something that is inspiring to ME and gives me energy to keep going!
While everything that I have done and am currently doing has been, and is exciting, I can honestly say that what I am most proud of is my Mobile PT Roadmap course, which I have co-developed. I am genuinely excited for you to join me in the course so that I can help you kick-start your Dreams towards success!
